Christina Siwek is the Brokerage Owner of Windermere Sun Capital Partners, and a local top producing agent. Originally from Seattle, Christina has deep roots in the real estate industry. Soon after graduating from Gonzaga University with a pre-law degree in 2003, Christina began purchasing and developing investment properties. Throughout her two-decade career, she has applied her characteristic tenacity and grit to learning all aspects of the real estate business. She brings the same commitment to working with first-time home buyers as she does to those buying or selling luxury homes and investment properties.

Christina dedicates hard work to every aspect of her life.  Christina logs over 1,000 miles a year. She is also an avid equestrian, and show-jumper. She feels very grateful to have her two horses boarded in Scottsdale, Arizona. When she is not at working, you can probably find her at the barn.

After forty-three years in the Pacific Northwest, I am excited to call Arizona "Home."  I reside in the West Valley, beautiful Verrado/Victory, the active adult commuity. My husband and I chose this area for the natural beauty and master planned living and recreational opportunities. The entire West Valley is expanding with much new construction. With a background in real estate development and construction, I am passionate in helping clients to make the choices best for them.
